Windthorst native and pediatric cancer survivor Deanna Scott recently became a published author with her book "Tiaras and Pink Frosting". Our school was lucky enough to have her come speak to the students about some of the things she went through and becoming an author. Deanna contacted me and wanted a cake and cake balls for the teachers at school that followed the theme of her book - how sweet is that?!?
